It’s time to celebrate because we’ve just published our 500th article!
Earlier this week we published our 500th article! Futurum has come a long way since we published our first article back in 2018. We have updated our design and refined our format as we continuously strive to improve the usefulness and accessibility of our resources.
As a volcanologist by training, I have particularly enjoyed working with fellow geoscientists to write about their work. From palaeontologists and hydrologists, to geologists, seismologists and those promoting Indigenous knowledge in geoscience education, I always enjoy the opportunity to get back to my academic roots.
However, one of the joys of being an editor at Futurum is that I work with researchers from all fields of STEM and SHAPE. From poetry to plant genetics, medical anthropology to music technology, physics to fashion, and heritage to healthcare, I have the privilege of working with inspiring researchers conducting a huge range of exciting projects
